These Terms of Service govern the relationship between VERUM Group and Companies ISOA/ATIMA (hereinafter referred to as "VERUM Group," "we," "us," or "our") and users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your") accessing or using our services. VERUM Group is a risk management firm specializing in providing funding for underserved communities across the continental US and Latin America. We act solely as an underwriter for international private money and portfolios, facilitating connections between investors and borrowers. Please note that VERUM Group is not a direct lender and does not directly provide funding to borrowers. Our services include risk analysis, underwriting, and facilitation of funding transactions.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By accessing or using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
